How can I proceed with the payment?
After the confirmation of your booking, we will send you all the available payment methods, for you to choose the most suitable and then we will proceed by sending you the invoice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
Private, tailor-made trips involve multiple independent suppliers. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the services involved.
General Cancellation Terms
• Up to 15 days prior to departure:
Free cancellation, with refund of all amounts paid excluding the 30% non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable third-party costs, if applicable.
• 14 to 7 days prior to departure:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost applies.
• Within 7 days of departure or no-show:
100% of the total trip cost is charged.
Hotel-Specific Terms
All accommodations are subject to the individual hotel cancellation policies, which may differ from the general terms above. Any non-refundable or partially refundable hotel charges will be applied according to the hotel’s policy and communicated to the guest at the time of booking.
Important Note
Personal expenses (restaurants, food, drinks, souvenirs and other not included expenses) are not included in the above prices .

How can I communicate if there is an emergency?
Some days before your trip, you will receive an informative leaflet, with all the necessary tips for your trip and also, you will find attached the emergency phone numbers, that you will be able to contact 24/7.
Do I need travel insurance for my trip?
We highly recommend to all of our clients, to have travel insurance, in order to secure that there won`t be any issues.
Our company, ensures that all of the travelers are safe, by having a civil liability insurance, for injuries and damages that might occur along the trip.
